Where does the detailing take place?
We’re 100 % mobile. Our team comes to you—at home, work, or any approved drop‑off spot. We also operate at select shopping malls where we have permission to set up. Need a drop‑off location? Just ask and we’ll point you to the nearest one.
Do you come to apartment buildings too?
Yes. We simply need advance approval from your building’s property manager, supervisor, or security so we don’t violate any rules or disturb residents. Please arrange this before your appointment.
Do you need to use my water or electricity?
Not unless you want us to. Our rigs carry their own water and power, but we’re happy to use your outlets or spigots (with your permission) if that’s easier for you. Let us know your preference when you book.
Can I drop off my car instead?
Absolutely. We offer drop‑off detailing at approved shopping‑mall locations—perfect if you don’t have a driveway or garage. Contact us in advance to lock in a time and place.
Is pet‑hair removal an extra charge?
Yes. Pet hair takes specialized brushes and extra labor. We’ll inspect the interior, explain the work involved, and quote the surcharge before we start.
Does Astra remove scratches?
Light surface scratches in the clear‑coat layer? Yes. (Quick test: if your fingernail doesn’t catch on the scratch, we can probably polish it out.) Deep scratches that require touch‑up paint or respray are outside our scope.
Who will be working on my car?
Only our own background‑checked, professionally trained technicians—no subcontractors. Each tech takes pride in delivering showroom‑level results and treating your vehicle like their own.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Pretty much everything: debit, credit, cash, e‑transfers, and all contactless options (Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap, chip, swipe). Our Clover terminal makes checkout quick and painless.
